PalmOS 4.0 SDK problem - Link Error #32 - Directbits not supported

I just tried changing a project from the 3.5 SDK to the 4.0 SDK, and am
getting this link error. As per instructions found in this forum, I tried
opening each bitmap, changing a pixel, then resaving, but that didn't seem
to help. I don't have any bitmap families or graphics buttons. This is
CW7...
