Hi,
a possible way to solve this problem is to disassemble the launcher
created by the icon maker included in Satellite Form.
This is a small PRC (less than 1Kb) and I think that, using something like
pildis, you can obtain an assembly source that show you all the needed call
to accomplish the launch of the satellite form .PDB (through the run-time).
