It is possible.
You need some plugin application for Clipper that will take a URL, fetch it
using INetLib, and then install the downloaded file. Clipper won't do it
automatically. There is such a helper program installed on the VIIx devices
that the Palm.net WCA uses. There is another one that PalmGear has with
their web clipping application.
