On the Palm web site it says:

>newsgroup articles. You must subscribe to a developer forum before you can
>access it via a news group reader.
I do subscribe to a developer forum (this is palm-dev-forum) and I have
added it to my news reader but it won't let me access the forum. Neither
will Palm let me tell them this is so directly because I am not in the
USA. The archives don't apparently include this complaint either
