What is in the OS 3.5.2 Patch?

The readme file says it fixes a problem that might rarely occur in 3rd
party software. Well, it appears to be happening pretty regularly in
our software. What is the magic in OS 3.5.2? What OS calls does it fix?
Anyone know?
