Do note, cmdide will give help, but it should only be used on
Win95/Win98/WinME. If you're on NT or 2000, you should just invoke
ide.exe directly with the parameters. cmdide.exe was created because
invoking the IDE from command.com in the Win95-lineage versions would
return immediately and not wait for the IDE to complete the operation.

CW6 comes with the command line tool that simply invokes the IDE.
However, there
are several options. Here is the command line that I use for the same
reasons.
cmdide /t PROJECTNAME /r /b /q /s PROJECTNAME.mcp
cmdide /? will give you all the necessary information.
Good luck.

Subject: Command line compilation without Code Warrior IDE !!
Hi,
I am doing development for Plam OS using Code Warrior Release 6 for
Windows.
I would like to make the release method for my projects command line
based.
For this I would need to compile and generate PRCs from command line
without
using Code Warrior IDE. Is this possible? If it is then please provides
links to the any documentation or sample scripts or makefiles.
Thanks
- Kamran
