Pdb files consist basically of a list of variable size records. They
have no internal structure beyond that which you impose on them. There
is no metadata in a pdb unless you put it there. It is possible to store
completely different things in each record (eg bitmap in one, strings in
the next, etc)
If you're targeting a third-party app then you will need to find out the
record structure they're using.
That said, there are loads of tools available on PalmGear, or you can
write a conduit.
