Are you sure LstGetSelectionText won't work for you? If you want to fetch
list items that were set in Constructor or PilRC, then accessing itemsText
directly doesn't gain you much. Or if you previously set itemsText in code
by calling LstSetListChoices, then you can just cache the value you set.
