Migrating CodeWarrior 3.1 SDK project to 3.5

I am attempting to migrate a CodeWarrior project created with the 3.1 SDK
into CW 7. After opening the project with CW 7, the IDE tells me that it is
converting the project. When I attempt to compile the project, I get a
message that:

The following access path in target "My Project" cannot be found:
        {Compiler}Palm OS 3.1 Support

Has anyone had any experience with this?
