PalmSource 2000 was a pretty good stress test on the Mobitex system.
With all the developers checking their Palm VII's, the first few days
found service very slow and congested. It looked like Bellsouth or Palm
brought in some backup equipment for Thursday, as performance improved
quite a bit.
I don't have any hard numbers -- sorry.

In light of a project we're working on, the question around the office
is if 50 people were all in a room and tried to connect their Palm VII
at the same time, would only 16 of them work?
The more generic version of that question would be where can I find some
specific load and performance information for Palm.net? Feel free to
answer whichever one you think you have a good answer for.
