I have to give up... The preprocess runs find (i.e. the #ifdef .. #endif
code segment)
is included.
HOWEVER, that code segment only runs when the #define is inside the .c file.
When
the #define is in .h file (in Prefix file field), the whole segment is
skipped.
Hopeless...
