Here is the original and the reply:

Are you using Windows 98 or Me?  If so, this is a
known bug with the
CodeWarrior 4.1 IDE which hasn't yet been fixed.  You
can contact
Metrowerks support to find out more details -- the
standard workaround
is to copy your text into another text editor and
print from there.
Printing does seem to work fine on WinNT and Win2000.
