This error is caused by having 2 bitmaps/icons/families that have the same
ID (1000 in this case). Check your resource file for all of these types
of resources to see if you have a duplicated one, and change the ID of the
offending resource. If pulling from another location is the only way this
shows up, perhaps this has already been fixed in your version, but has not
been disseminated to other stations.
