Dear Palm developer!

We are glad to provide you with new Update 5 of
Object Library for Palm OS (R) platforms (briefly POL).

Starting from this update POL supports CodeWarrior 6 and CodeWarrior 7 both!

Let us remind that POL is a C++ class library providing RAD on Palm OS 3.1 -
Palm OS 3.5.

Our idea is quite simple - object languages have many advantages, to use
these
advantages automatically. During the last time POL 1.0 convinces all of us
that
Palm programming became easier and more effective.

POL package is integrated with CodeWarrior 6 IDE and it comprises full
library
source files and documentation (in popular CHM, HTML and PDF formats).

POL 2.0 fully retains his predecessor's architecture and proposes the
following
features:
* convenient event handling using event maps;
* fully-handled modal forms extension;
* any control can be handled using inline classes;
* custom controls support;
* Palm database support;
* grid support (grid is fully synchronized with scrollbar and provides
single- and
  multi-line highlighting, supports colors, can be automatically connected
with Palm
  database);
* multi-line editing with scrollbar synchronization;
* powerful strings processing that implemented like well-known MFC CString
class;
* operate with data using wide variety of collection classes (arrays, lists,
hashe tables,
  stacks);
* full and optioanl exceptions support;
* support of application launches even when global variables area and
vtables are
  inaccessible.

And let us remind, POL supplied with a real Support Service, which provides
quick answers to any our customer's questions and conducts your preferences
and
opinions.
