I am currently writing an application and am using RF Networking. I was currently told i would need to write a conduit for my application to synchrognise the information from the palm database to the desktop server. I have now been informed that i will be using TCP/IP to transfer the data from the palm to the server and will not need to write a conduit as RF Networking do not need conduits to synchrognise the data. I am a little confused with this!! How come TCP/IP will be able to do the same job as a conduit? I understand how TCP/IP works and in this case why doesn't everyone just use TCP/IP.
