MemoryMgr.c Line 4359, Free Handle

I am getting the above error when I make this call.

char Name[32];
UInt16 DBId;

DmDatabaseInfo(0,DBId,Name,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL
);

Anyone know why?
