CW Lite documentation/Help files

Where can I get the missing help files (all of them!) for CW Lite on
Windows?

And is CW as clunky as it appears at first glance?

Anybody using the Falch.Net solution?

I am just starting the "Palm Programming Bible" book and am just trying
to build the "hello world" sample...without much luck.
