They aren't really related at all. That license (not an NDA really) was a
one-purpose license; just for that 4.0 seeding cd, that's all.
The seeding program license is an ongoing license to access prerelease
materials. To date, everything that has been seeded has been in the
seeding area prior to release, so by joining the one program you got access
to everything, on an ongoing basis. (Even the same materials you got at
PalmSource Amsterdam, plus the ones you'd have gotten in Tokyo and the US,
all of which were different.)
