The other point that was brought up, I believe in the thread referenced by
Ben was that there are a few, very rare, situations in which one would have
an "Exit" of some sort from their application. In the case of a security
application, it might give the user a sense of "closure" of the secure data
he/she was just viewing if an exit button takes them back to the launcher..
and the absolute most important one:
You're being paid $100 / hr by someone who needs a custom application and
doesn't care what "Palm Zen" is.. he wants a stinking Exit button... I give
it to him (after trying a third time to explain why you don't need it).
