Check out the StartupCode.mcp project inside the Palm OS 3.1 Support, Palm OS
3.5 Support or Palm OS Support (for 4.0). A static lib essentially follows the
same settings that StartupCode.lib uses.
For a dynamic lib, check out the SampleLib example from SDK examples.
