If you've signed up for the Developer Seeding area, go to
http://www.palmos.com/dev/ and click on the "Palm OS 4.0 ROMs" link, log on
to the Resource Pavilion, and download the ROMs. If you haven't signed up
for the Developer Seeding program, you should sign up right now -- sometimes
it takes longer than you'd like to wait.
