While you're correct that this issue invalidates any other variables with
copies of the FormPtr that may be hanging around, you need to reread the
second sentence you quoted. LstNewList and such take a pointer to a FormPtr
precisely so that they can return the updated form pointer.
Bobby's code is not buggy in this respect.
