Hi!

I've written my first application that follows the guideline that all the
records of a database should have the same fields. As a consequence,
I now have several databases associated with my application which
makes for some management troubles. In fact, I have so many PDB
files lying around, I began to worry that I'm missing something.....
Other applications that I use don't seem to require a number of PDB files!
Even games that simply store the top ten scores (apparently) don't have
PDB files that require the user to install. Am I missing something?
Is there a way of storing data without using a database? Or are these programs
hiding the database from view (my databases show up in the palm list
of installed programs).

I should clarify that my concern over the number of databases I use
is driven by the USER's trouble in adding and managing.... my program
can live with it!

Thanks!

Dan

PS BTW, Is having a DB consist of record of all the same structure typical?
