I think you should use "Palm-Dev-Forum" instead of "Palm_Dev_Forum".
Another way, which has always worked for me, is to just unsubscribe, then
subscribe again when I want more email. (There are at least 3 ways to
subscribe and unsubscribe, so your odds of getting it to work are very high!
