You can do two things:
* Run the latest version of the Palm OS Emulator (3.1). The version
you're running is over one year and four releases out-of-date. In
particular, the latest version gives you better error messages.
* Use a debugger. Then, when you get the error message, you can
click on the debug button and find out exactly what went wrong.
