I've seen a Delphi app that was used as a Palm prototype. The procedure
would presumably work in other environments. What these guys did was to
create a skinned form that looked like a Palm, and used standard
controls with fonts etc selected to make it look like the Palm UI. They
then wrote the prototype app in Delphi, so people could run it on their
own machines, without needing POSE.
