Yes, I tried it on 4.0, and it no longer is a problem on that version.  It's
also OK on 3.1 and 3.3.

Sorry about the snippet.  I didn't think it would be a problem to post
something that small, because I *dare* anybody to make use of that code
without its surrounding content.
