Scrollbar width is defined by #define in header file so it can be easily
changed. However I am not sure about ellipsis. One option to be considered
is to add support for horizontal scrollbars, but I am not excited with it
cause horizontal scrolling will reduce tree visualization (when the items
are scrolled, tree is not visible ...).
