flashable?
What you are trying to do is pretty straightforward, as long as the French
ROM comes from exactly the same device as the device you wish to flash. If
not, you could be in for a world of pain.
The Windows program Upgrade_Utility.exe will re-flash your English device.
Available in the Developer Pavilion, possibly it may even come in the ZIP
file with Palm Desktop.
