Object not in form on Debug ROM's

I have a form which I Hide/Show objects depending on user input.  One label triggers 
an Object not in form error when I FrmShowObject or FrmHideObject.

I have rebuilt the form from scratch, renamed the object, renumbered the objectID and 
still have the same problem.

This error is only triggered on Debug ROM's.

What can I do to track down this error?
