The answer depends on the status of the non-computer game. Who
owns/manufactures/distributes it? Is it copyrighted or patented? In
general, the answer is "no, you can't copy somebody else's intellectual
property and sell it as your own." In practice, it depends on exactly which
rights the owner maintains and whether or not they think your program is
depriving them of revenue.
