Kristian spotted the source of the problem. Thanks, Kristian.
FYI, Adobe Acrobat 4.0 (version 4.05c 0705 16:28, and possibly others) has
problems saving a pdf when it is running inside of IE (version
5.50.4522.1800) and probably elsewhere. To work around this problem, save
the pdf without opening it.
Note: sourcecode_license.pdf at palmos.com is not corrupt.
