FWIW, I occasionally have the opposite problem.  Customers can't install the
prc/pdb combo that were included in my zip file, but if I send them the
individual files (attached to an email) they can install.  This is pretty
rare (maybe 5 customers out of 2000) and it only happens with Visors (never
Palms).
