RE: SysUIAppSwitch vs. SysAppLaunch

SysAppLaunch is for sub-launching an application, while SysUIAppSwitch is
for normal launches. As Jeff said, using SysAppLaunch with the normal launch
code is going to fail because it thinks it's got access to globals, when in
fact it does not. Most application developers don't need to call either of
these routines.
