Go to office depot, I hear they have the m500 in stock. The only way I
know of to get 'development' units is through the 'hardware discount
program' linked to inside the 'resource pavilion', but they don't have
any m50x series available.

Subject: m500 and m505 Prototypes
Hi:
We need to check out our new product with the serial/USB adapter on the
m500
and m505 Palm devices, so we're in need of prototypes. We've registered
with Palm for several programs (and we've been approved for access)
including "Development Seeding" and the "PluggedIn" programs.
How to we proceed to procure prototypes of the m50x PDAs? Is it on the
web
site and I've just missed it?
Our new product utilizes the lower connector and it's serial interface.
We've found the CAD drawings and electrical interface specs, but need an
m50x unit "in hand" to proceed further.
Regards,
