The debugger protocol is documented somewhere among Emulator
docs or KB. But why would you write such a thing which would
require the user to type 'shortcut .. 2"? Are you looking for a command
line utlity to replace HotSync? You should look at pilot-link package. One
of the commands pilot-xfer can be used to install prcs and pdbs provided
the user can press the HotSync button. It should be available from lots of
mirros including its site
