I'm not really controlling the size requested, just responding to the
data. But, now that I know for sure that WinCreateOffscreenWindow won't
adequately fail (that's what I was saying before - I did check the
structure and it has all the info in it that I passed), I will make sure
that I check the size before I try to create. That's what I had
resorted to anyway.
