I can't find any reference to MemHandle anywhere in any header file, or any
of the Palm documentation, anywhere! When I try to declare a variable of
type MemHandle, I get "undefined identifier."
The book (excellent, by the way) "Palm OS Programming Bible" uses that type,
and I've seen it used on posts to this list.
Do I have to #include some special file to have Code Warrior know what it
is?
