Have you tried...
Start a debug session with Pose, exit your app in Pose and perform a hotsync
(keeping the debugger running)
I frequently exit my app while debugging on Pose. When I return to my app,
the debugger is still active as are my breakpoints. I'm not sure it will
work since I haven't personally tried it.
