I think if you look at that page you'll see that it refers to prc-tools 2.0
and is about a year out of date. So that "officially supported" part could
sinply be an atXX artifact of that out of dateness.
Perhaps the simplest thing for Palm to do would be to replace that page with
one just pointing to http://oprXXXXXX let's thry that again:
