Go to Windows explorer and reassociate .rsrc files with Constructor.
Then, in CodeWarrior, go to the "File Mappings" pref panel and hit
"Factory Defaults" to restablish file mappings.

This indicates that the update isn't taking. Is your Memopad.mcp file
set to read-only? If that's not the problem, you could export it to a
XML file, then reimport it, which should fix everything up nicely.
