Hi all. I'm able to use the preference resource for restoring some state
information when returning to my program, but I'm having trouble getting
variable length preferences to work. The Developers Reference says that I
need to use NULL as a pointer and a prefSize of 0 with PrefGetAppPreferences
to get the prefSize , and then use the same function again to retrieve the
resource. I'm trying to do this but everything I try gives me a 'writing
directly to NULL' error. Any caveats, suggestions, or best of all: code
samples? Thanks.
