How to block hardware buttons but leave silk screen buttons?

Hi,
does anyone know how to make application to respond on silk-screen buttons,
but to ignore hardware buttons launching phone book, memopad etc.? I know
that all
of them generate Key-down and appClose events. But how to distinguish where
these events come from?
