Standard IO

Hi,

For my debugging purpose I want to have a standard IO on my Palm. As 
per the SDK reference, it says, I have to include StdIOPalm.h and 
link with StdIOPalm.c. But I don't find the 'c' file anywhere.

Any help? Am I missing anything else?
