You can use IR hotsync, but you need a different Hotsync Manager -- look
at Scout Server, which lets you design custom HotSyncs where you don't
need user accounts. Its from Aether, www.aethersystems.com, and I've
seen it used at lots of trade shows to do distributed download stations
for Palm OS devices.
