Yes, but Windows and Palm don't use the same color table.  You would
either have to convert the indexes on the PC side or send the color
table.

how to convert windows (256 color) bmp into palm bmp resource. When i
copy
the windows bmp binary data into palm bitmap format the colors are not
matching.
