Try this. I inferred from u r indentation that u want
StrCopy to be executed if sysalarms = 0

if (SysAlarms == 0){
        size = 9;
        StrCopy(tempdata, no);            
}
else if (SysAlarms == 1)
       size = 8;
else
       size = 9;
