You have to write a Conduit program which can read the data from the
palm Device and synched on to the
Desktop by the Hotsynch manager. You can download the Conduit Development

I have a Palm Vx and I regularly sychronize my Palm Data to my Windows
Desktop
using HotSynch Manager.

which can read the data related to the palm Device which has been synched
