If you refer to the PalmOS SDK reference, in the User Interface section Ch.
10 is Forms.  The reference listings for the 3 functions you refer to has
all the answers you seek.

If you don't have the reference, I highly recomend downloading a copy.  It
comes with the SDK and can also be found here:
