Thanks Dave,

My program will now be called "Hello Dave" :-) However, I am using prc-tools,
not Codewarrior. Any ideas how to accomplish this in that environment?

Depends on the tools you're using.  In Codewarrior (since that's what I
use), set the prc file name, type and creator ID in the project preferences.
The Icon and display name are set in the project's corresponding resource
file (using Constructor)
